Unused proposal for a northern Virginia/Washington D.C. Lutheran Church. The cross and accompanying structure above their altar is the defining visual characteristic of their worship space and was the basis for their current logo. They wanted to retain the reference to this feature while simplifying and modernizing their logo and branding. They were looking for a simple, clean, and modern design aesthetic that could be used easily in both digital and print media. Text-wise, they were okay with just using the name “Prince of Peace.”
